ZadCars is an online car rental booking platform that connects customers with independent car rental providers.
ZadCars facilitates the booking process between users and rental companies but does not own or operate the rental vehicles listed on the platform.
Rental services are provided directly by the respective rental companies.
When you make a booking through ZadCars, you enter into a booking agreement for a vehicle rental service provided by a third-party rental company.
We process the booking and share the necessary information with the selected rental provider to complete your reservation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate.
Customers are required to complete payment online through the ZadCars platform at the time of booking.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Some rental providers may require a security deposit at the time of vehicle pickup, which is handled directly by the rental company.
After entering into the Booking Agreement, the customer generally does not have the right to withdraw from the booking, unless specifically allowed under the booking terms.
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the originally scheduled pickup time.
In such cases, the customer will receive a credit that can be used toward future bookings on the website.
No refund will be issued if cancellation is requested after the originally scheduled pickup time indicated in the booking voucher.
If applicable, eligible refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
To rent a vehicle through ZadCars, drivers must meet the following requirements:
Minimum driver age of 21 years
Possess a valid driver’s license
Provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) if the driver is a foreign national
Additional requirements may apply depending on the rental provider.
Car rental companies listed on ZadCars are responsible for:
Vehicle condition and availability
Insurance coverage
Rental policies
Vehicle maintenance
Handling damages, accidents, or disputes related to the rental
ZadCars does not control the operations or policies of these rental companies.
Prices displayed on the website may change due to factors including:
Rental provider availability
Taxes and local fees
Currency fluctuations
Promotional pricing changes
While we aim to keep information accurate, ZadCars cannot guarantee that all listings will always be available at the displayed price.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZadCars shall not be responsible for:
Vehicle availability issues
Vehicle defects or damages
Accidents during rental
Disputes between customers and rental providers
Losses arising from rental agreements with third-party providers
All rental-related responsibilities lie with the respective rental company.

Vehicle insurance is provided by the rental companies, not by ZadCars.
Customers should review the rental provider’s insurance policies before confirming a booking.

branding

graphics
website design
software
is the property of ZadCars and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
The services offered by ZadCars are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By using the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pennsylvania.
